John 15:12-15

12This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. 13Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. 14Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. 15Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. (KJV)

Colossians 3:12-14

12Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; 13Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. 14And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. (KJV)

Romans 13:8-10

8Owe no man any thing, but to love one another: for he that loveth another hath fulfilled the law. 9For this, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not kill, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness, Thou shalt not covet; and if there be any other commandment, it is briefly comprehended in this saying, namely, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. 10Love worketh no ill to his neighbour: therefore love is the fulfilling of the law. (KJV)

Proverbs 17:17

17A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity. (KJV)

Ecclesiastes 4:9-12

9Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour. 10For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. 11Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone? 12And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not quickly broken. (KJV)

Proverbs 13:20

20He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed. (KJV)

Proverbs 18:24

24A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother. (KJV)

Proverbs 27:17

17Iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend. (KJV)
