Sunset Park Community Church is a place where you can feel at home. Our services are open to everyone…there’s no need to register, sign up, or pay…just come!
You’ll find a wide variety of folks here, ages one to ninety-one (and counting). Dress ranges from casual jeans to coats and ties and everything in between. YOU matter—not what you wear.
When you enter the building, you’ll be welcomed by one of our friendly greeters. They will be happy to show you to the welcome table, where you can pick up a packet of information about our church, let you know about our nursery and child care facilities, or just point out the restrooms!
What time are our services?
Our first worship service begins at 8:30 a.m. with our second worship service held at 11:00 a.m. Here you will experience joyful music led by Dave and the full worship team, a message that presents truth from the Bible in a way that makes it useful and challenging, and friendly community. Our Senior Pastor, Randy Kerr, communicates in a style that is accessible and relevant to everyday life. Each service lasts about an hour and 15 minutes.
Hearing aid assistance is available during our worship service. Ushers will be happy to assist you.
What about my children?
We believe that the entire family is welcome and important, therefore we don’t “send children away” during worship. However, if you desire, we have nursery and toddler care for ages birth-four, with safe, comfortable facilities and a staff that is committed to touch young lives in a way that says, “God loves you, and so do we.”
During the main worship service, kids kindergarten through fifth grade have the option midway through the service to go to “Kids Zone”, a time of fun and Bible learning just for them.
